We created our self catering holiday cottage at Stanhope, for those who prefer a relaxing break in open countryside with a quiet and comfortable nights sleep, yet conveniently located to:

• the centre of Stanhope (1.4 miles),

• local amenities, with a 15 minute walk to the nearest pub in Stanhope,

• walking and cycling routes,

• things to do in and around Stanhope and the Durham Dales.

Located in a stone barn conversion the self catering holiday cottage sleeps 2 - 4 persons.

• Two double en-suite bedrooms, though an extra single bed can be added to the Four Poster Room to create a twin room.

• Both bedrooms are on the first floor and have their own en-suite bathroom.

• Four poster bed.

• All bedrooms include a sofa or chairs, tea/coffee making facilities.

• All bedrooms include linen and towels.

• Lounge/dining room with TV and DVD player.

• Fitted kichen with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, crockery and utensils, pots and pans.

• Central heating.

• Laundry - use of a washing machine and dryer can be provided upon request.

• Wi-Fi internet is available in the breakfast room. BT Fon Hotspot. BT FON Wi-Fi Community can access the Internet for free from the Breakfast Room. If not usage of the accommodations broadband is charged at £5 per 5GB.

• No children under 14 years. No pets.
